Some of our group discussions were about the chapter names. We were always wondering what that chapter would be about and why it was called that. We would have dicussions about that almost every time we read before we did. Also we had some discussions on the part when Percy reached the Underworld. We had alot of discussions on what we thought the Underworld looked like.

We had a lot of good discussion. One really important thing that we talked abouty was who stole the lightning bolt. At first i thought it was Hades, Hailey and Nick thought it was Hades too. But once we read on we realized that it wadsn't hades so then we thought it wsa sa trap by Chiorn and Mr.D, because they were the ones that told him who stole it. Mr.d wanted Percy dead so send him to the underworld, it was a perfect plan because no one has ever returned from the underworld, and besides he's only 12. But once we finished the book we figure out who stole it.
